Strained Shoulder Tendon

Well, that's what the doc said.

I went to the Polyclinic as early as 8.15am just to check my shoulder. Guess what time my check up is...... 10.15am! Seriously, what the heck! -.- Freaking 2hours, sitting there doing nothing. Wah... If got free food, i don't mind eh! No breakfast, sit there 2hours.... Cannot sey! =P Food important eh!

Doctor : So irfan, what's seems to be the problem?

Me : *explains the whole injury thing*

Doctor : Which area? *holds my shoulder*

Me : Yes, that place.

Doctor : It seems like a sprained shoulder. It might have affected your shoulder tendon.

Me : What?

Doctor : You have a strained shoulder tendon.

Me : Is it serious?

Doctor : Not really. You have to build up! You are too skinny!

Me : I can't grow

!Doctor : It's not abt eating. You have to develop your muscles.

Me : *silent*

Doctor : Your arms are too small to carry your own weight.

Me : *nodding my head*

Doctor : If it keeps going on, you will face severe injuries.

Me : Ouhh.. Okay, i will try!

Right... What a conversation eh! :D

Like old friends.

*sighs*

I HAVE TO GROW AND BUILD UP! =/

He wanted to send me to see a physiotherapist!!!

I don't know for what.

Okay, school as usual, bored. Oh! Oh! I entered class at 11.15am when it's supposed to start at 10am. Heeeeh! ;P After school, had a Synergy Briefing from 6pm to 8.30pm.

And went home with Faris, Nadzirah, Nadiah, Khaizurah and EJ. Had a fun time laughing ;D
